Privacy Policy

Gallium ("we", "us") is an app for creating AI-generated images and videos and sharing them to a community feed. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your email address and, if provided, your name and profile photo.
• Profile information. A username, bio, and avatar that you choose.
• Content you create. The prompts you write, images or videos you upload as input, and the media generated for you. Content you choose to publish appears in the public feed.
• Usage and subscription data. Credits used, generation history, plan/tier, and purchase status. Payments and subscriptions are handled by the app store's billing system; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Technical data. Basic device and log information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To provide the core features: generating content, hosting your creations, and running the community feed.
• To operate accounts, subscriptions, and credit balances.
• To moderate content, enforce our Terms, and keep the service safe.
• To respond to support requests and improve the service.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate Gallium, and share only the minimum data each one needs:

• Cloud infrastructure — secure authentication, database, and media storage.
• AI processing — your prompts and any input media are processed to generate the output you request, subject to automated content-safety filtering.
• App store & payments — in-app purchases and subscription status.

These providers act on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Content moderation

Content generated or uploaded is subject to automated safety filtering, and content published to the community feed may be reviewed. Users can report or block content and other users; we act on reports and remove content that violates our Terms.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, creations, and related data, and any remaining credits or points are forfeited and cannot be restored. Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.

Children

Gallium is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet the minimum age required in your country to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your choices

• Access or edit your profile in the app.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Contact us to exercise privacy rights available in your region.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
