Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Gallium. By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for meeting the minimum age required to use the service. Keep your login secure.

Subscriptions and credits

Gallium offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through your app store and renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel in your app store account settings. Credits are used to generate content and have no cash value. Credits and points are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable; unused credits and points are forfeited when an account is deleted.

Your content and content rights

  • You retain ownership of the prompts and input media you provide and, to the extent permitted by the applicable AI providers' terms, the output you generate.
  • You grant Gallium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute content you publish to the community feed, solely to operate and promote the service.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload or generate, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
  • You may remove your published creations from the feed at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to create, upload, or publish content that is:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or that depicts nudity of a sexual nature;
  • Depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • Harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that targets a real person without consent;
  • Infringing on others' intellectual-property or privacy rights, or impersonating others;
  • Malware, spam, or otherwise abusive of the service or its providers.

We may filter, remove, or refuse content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Gallium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue features. You may stop using Gallium and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
